One UI update

My S10 is one one ui 1.1 and when i try ti update it, it tells me that my software version  is up to date, but the s10 lineups have already received the s10 for one ui 3.1. Ive tried every method possible to update my phone but it tells me that my software info is up to date

You can try to update your  device using Smart Switch, or taking it to the service center for an update.

Try backup your data to SmartSwitch then erase your phone & check for available software update
