One UI... Pie Beta

Dear Samsung, 
It was told on one fine day that India will be among the second wave countries to receive the S9 pie Beta. So the expectations started mounting as we approached 20th of November... and then it was gone... so was 21st. Contacted your customer support for the first time in 23rd and was told 26th of November for beta... and then on 27th I was told that it had been delayed to 28th.
Then...I made a call on 2nd Dec... and I was told the BIG date.. Dec 4th will mark the release of Beta for India. 
Only they forgot to tell that it'd be for Note 9.. not for S9. 
I made another call yesterday and now they don't have a date...
It's not the delay they troubles me... all I ask is...
Give me a concrete date and time for the launch of pie beta...Is it to much to ask from you???

Currently it is only for Note 9, for S9/S9 plus dates not yet confirmed.
