One UI 8 for S21

The S21 has been launch on One UI 3.1 and the last update is One UI 7.0 why not One UI 8.1 I say it because the S21 was launched on .1 and not .0 so I want it to get One UI 8.1 or just One UI 8 but it will be unfair to finish on .0 ?😕
