Please don't bothered about this issue now, it's full. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update may be in next quarter also stable version update is better than Beta version update. The beta program is full for S24. Although Samsung has not released any list yet but you can expect a stable ONE UI 8 in October/November 2025 and Samsung never says the exact date so be patient until you get notified
