One UI 8 Update on S25 Ultra

Salam, 

I have not recieved one ui 8 update on my S25 ultra? Does anyone else is facing the same issue? Its XAA model, could that be a reason why I am not recieving any update?

You will have to change the CSC of your phone to may be T-Mobile. After that you will get the update.

visit the mobile shop from where you have bought the mobile they usually do it for free.

Is your phone CPID?

It's not CPID, but it's not PTA approved yet. Maybe that might be an issue. I am not sure.

PTA has nothing to do with your phone's updates. The update seems to be delayed by your carrier.

Also I am not using any SIM card, but I think it also has nothing to do with the update? Or is it necessary?

SIM card also doesn't have any issues. You should contact your original carrier about it.
