Can we enroll for beta if registration is closed (full)

If yes please guide me how can we do that?

The beta program is full for S23
Although Samsung has not released any list yet, you can expect a stable ONE UI 8 in November 2025, and Samsung never says the exact date, so be patient until you get notified
