Why my phone is not going further any one can help me please i have tried many time my network is working absolutely fine but it's stuvk here 😢

To get it moving, try turning Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds and then off again to refresh your connection (make sure your VPN is off). If that doesn't work, just pause the download, give your phone a quick restart, and try resuming it.
