Yes, 2-3 third party apps are installed

Are those Necessary Cause one ui 7 is like the update changing the model of phone so due to of third party app the one ui 7 isn't been installed in the phone.

Installing will be done when update will be available or downloaded but first of all didn't receive the update and after uninstalling third party apps will i get the update?
