For S24 Series In Europe March Security patch was recived on 17th March and One Ui 7 On 10th April.

In INDIA S24 series recived March Security patch on 18th March, So we will receive One Ui 7 on 11th April 

As per my guess.

Update: 

I guessed wrong so I sideloaed the update, working great now, no more waiting

I don't think there is a connection regarding the last update, but there is a 90% chance of an update coming tomorrow; if not then, on April 14th.
