One UI 7 update

So now Samsung dont allow us to test the beta version here in the middle east , but also they promised 7 years major update and from the first year they delayed the update ? What is this treatment ? Im buying a 1000+ $ phone to enjoy the experience of having all the new updates on date but im not having anything, that makes me planning to sell it and switch to iphone or google phone better at least i get all the updates on time

Actually it does have a lot of AI features + better camera quality in social media apps + latest updates on time

You know, honestly it's so annoying and frustrating to wait for an update from Samsung that I know for a fact that I won't be buying another one of their phone's again.

My next purchase will be 2 generations after and it will for sure not be a Samsung product.
