Optimal phone updates are performed in cool ambient temperatures. Green line issues are phone-specific and only manifest under thermal stress during the update process.
You can update. Just make sure before starting installation, your phone is sufficiently charged. Don't keep phone on charging and installing the new OS simultaneously. If you have an air conditioner, better be in that room till installation is complete. Green line issue is happening because of device overheating while installing the OS. Also if you are not into gaming, you can set your device to work in lite performance mode.
Update ur phone at night or in ac to avoid green line issue and dont charge your phone while updates, make sure your phone temperature is low so that you can avoid green line issue
