According to a moderator on the community forum (via Reddit), Samsung has closed the beta program of One UI 7 and will release the stable version very soon.
The One UI 7 beta 5, firmware version ZYBB, is now rolling out in the US. The beta update is available for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra users only. At this moment, it is available only on AT&T and Verizon networks.
