One UI 7 UAE update delayed !!!

This is the reason we didn't receive the One UI 7 updated on 14th April.. now we can only wait for them to find a fix.

Tbh really frustrated with samsung update timings.

I really don't know what has been happening to samsung.

My device has XSG/MID csc and did not get the oneui7. I am not considering to change my favorite brand as i know how precious the oneui is based my experience about other brands. But my main problem is why samsung does not talk to its customers, i mean there is no one here in this multi billion company to talk to us and there is communication between samsung and its consumers. 

They should reevaluate their services and policies and we all know they are capable of fixing all these simple issues. But i am nit seeing any efforts from them.
