Beta will only available for particular time period and limited numbers. They are beta means testers they wants to find bugs. Installing later doesn't make sense

Go to Members app in your device, check for enroll option for UI7 beta version and after that you can go to settings and select software update and install which will get you UI 7 beta

One UI 7 Beta Program registration is closed for now. The stable version of One 7.0 will start rolling out next month (April 2025).
