I think samsung is pushing it's customers to move to other brands. The way samsung treats its customers, makes them wait for a way way way long time for software updates, then launching the updates according to regional basis. No other brand does this. Atleast upto this limit no brand does this.

Most of the Samsung users stop using this app because no one cares. It only good when it comes to advertising they own products. "Members without privilege"

I'm here in dubai. dubai is one of the biggest markets for every brand. Even here, we get the security patch updates at the end of the month. While these are released in the start of month.

I agree I think moving in iphone was good choice before I was using iphone it's good when I buy s24 ultra and I see there update way and delay I was really disappointed.😖

It's really disappointing that we have to keep waiting without any clear timeline. While stability is important, the lack of communication and delays make it frustrating for users who have been eagerly anticipating One UI 7. It feels like we're left in the dark, and patience only goes so far. Hopefully, Samsung delivers soon, because this wait is getting exhausting.

We absolutely don't appreciate samsung from now onwards. My device is eligible and listed also. But no update. Even the most recent flagship S24 ultra is getting 4th beta update. Like seriously? Too much pathetic team and teamwork as well. Samsung thinks that it can do whatever it wants just bcz of the brand name and reputation.
Bro just get out in the market and check the comments and opinions of customers.
