One UI 7.0 update

I think samsung is pushing it's customers to move to other brands. The way samsung treats its customers, makes them wait for a way way way long time for software updates, then launching the updates according to regional basis. No other brand does this. Atleast upto this limit no brand does this.

I agree ,also another thign the device functionality how it does work with online websites and other apps thag require device info such as if this user can use samsung pay or no isn't even support, and everything just shows Google Pay/Apple Pay which means in an indirect way to switch to those phones to get more features

During my S24 purchase, the samsung guy promised me that I will get all the updates for some years.. Why not UI 7???

For Pixel phones, the Android 16 beta is now rolling out, but Samsung's highest-end Ultra phone customers are struggling for Android 15. If you are going to buy a phone, please don't buy a Samsung.

Agreed. If samsung kept doing this, it will loose its all clientele. All other brands are one step forward than samsung. And samsung is pushing it's customers backwards

100% agreed, the worst service they are giving. The way they are giving the update region wise is not good. Me and my brother and I bought the s24, like 1.75lcks , now I am feeling bad. I think I am thinking I make the wrong decision.

Samsung is just too much greedy now. They're still thinking that their brand name is enough to have good sales. But they're gonna face consequences now.
