If you watch the video of how to with odin then there is a file that you select (home)then your apps etc will not be removed everything stays as you had it. Its very simple. The only major thing is that you must download the right software for you phone.

Example this is my phone so i had to look for this and download and install via odin,just download the android 14 version for your phone.
