One UI 6.1 Update

Hello, everyone.

I haven't been able to update my software to the One UI 6.1 since it was released. I figured that with the release of One UI 7, 6.1 should at least, be made available to me.

I use the S21 Ultra.

Also, I'm in Nigeria. I doubt that my region is the problem because I have friends who use the base S21 and they have already gotten the One UI 6.1 a long time ago.

What could be the reason for this?

Can you please send a screenshot of the following.

Navigate to Settings.

About phone > Software Information > Service provider software version.

This will help in assisting as it may be a regional restriction, if your device service provider is from a different region from the one you're in.... faced the same challenge and I was once stuck on Android 12 oneUI4.1 on my S22 Ultra
