Nope, and never. One UI6.1.1 is only Fold and Flip series.

One UI6.1 is for smartphones and tablets.

No, it is not One UI 6.1.1, It will be One UI 6.1 based on One UI 6.1.1, but not One UI 6.1.1 with all the best from One UI 6.1 and all the best from One UI 6.1.1 which is applicable for S 24 series, based on the phone and its hardware.
