Hey Samsung,

I updated my phone to One UI 6.1.1 yesterday and the performance has gone downhill. It's super laggy while gaming in 90 fps and it's really annoying. Can you please fix it? I don't want to have to buy a new phone because of this.

If the phone overheats, its performance may be throttled to maintain a safe temperature, resulting in a perceived lag. While the device can handle most games, it may struggle with third-party titles like BGMI, which is not yet optimized for Android. To avoid overheating, it is recommended to play games in short sessions rather than extended periods of heavy gameplay.

I was playing BGMI for hours and this phone was giving me 90-100 fps (I used a fps booster). But after the update, the fps dropped. I ran Geekbench and the score was low too. And it's not because of heating issues. I think Samsung intentionally lowered the phone's performance to promote their S24 series in the upcoming sale.

However, I also possess an S23 Ultra with 512GB storage, but I have never experienced lag-free gameplay in BGMI. Despite your claims of achieving high frame rates and minimal lag, if this issue has arisen after an update, we should collectively report it since we have made significant investments in our devices.
