Beta program is not available in Sri Lanka.but beta program for S22 and S21 series is live in other countries (India, Korea...)

Beta program is only available in selected regions and selected devices only. I think now Samsung released the 2nd version of OneUI 5 beta as well. Stable rollout will start probably on 12th Oct
