I am aware that's why I'm very disappointed with Samsung. Other regions received update for A73 early last month, but here we are still waiting. It's like we are the last people in their priority list.
Please note the rollout for UI 5 started this month.
kindly be advised that the reason we can only provide the month of software updates and not the actual day is because; Software updates are released in batches, therefore, not all devices will be able to update at once. The reason for this is to maintain a stable rollout.
