Hi...when wil the S21 series get the new update? It said it wil be in November but November is almost done and I still haven't received the update...This is why I like Apple much more where when they release a new update then it is available for every eligible device where as Samsung you have to wait almost 1 month just to get an update..really???

This is wrong, my wife has the A53 and the device has already received the update

The S21 series in South Africa has not received the update yet.

They test it first as far as I know. I was looking into it when I was all eager for android 12. I have had the S21 ultra since launch and found an article on it at the time. This is similar and recent.

Also this is why your phone has an xfa or xfe label on the "service provider software version"
xfa is mtn and I think xfe is vodacom.... etc.... but they are different.
