One UI 5.1 bug????

Hello anyone facing bugs in one UI 5.1. I use digikhata app for my daily khata and in this current UI I can't attach pictures with my khata. It says "Grant permission " how ever I grant all the permission including Camera but again it says," grant permission " anyone who have one ui 5.1 please tell me.

Can you please download digikhata app and use it just to make sure if my phone has the problem or the whole system has the problem. I would be great full if you do this

I use bank app like digibop it's working
