Hi I haven't received the Android 13 One UI 5.0 update on my S21 5G yet and I'm in Zimbabwe. I need help what might be the issue

Could be the carrier which your phone is from if it wasn't released for the specific region yet. Nothing you can do but wait

Even here in south africa we haven't received the update for s21, I will keep you update although the rollout has started because s20 received it on Monday
