One UI 3.0 Update not received Yet

Hi Samsung, I have seen the notice stating that One UI 3.0 update is completed for S10+, but I haven't received any update yet. I am checking software update on daily basis in settings. Kindly do the needful to push the update.

No doubt in that. will receive it shortly. In their notice they have mentioned that S10+ update completed in Jan. hence the query!

yes I understand your point but the devices which has received the update are facing lots of issues. So to fix them Samsung suspended the roll out in S10 series devices but now it is being rolled out and you'll definitely get it with a better optimization
