Hi All,

Mine Device :- Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

Just want to confirm with you 
Have anyone is facing Rapid Battery drainage issue
After One UI 2.5 update
However i kept the device to "medium saving" setting and on dark mode 
Home screen and Lock Screen :- Applied dark black wallpapers
Location Services off
Bluetooth off
Mobile Data off
Wifi scanning and Bluetooth scanning also off. 
Despite of doing all steps

Still battery is draining at a rapid speed.
Just got the device on 16 Oct, 2020

Any Feedbacks, Suggestions, Resolutions are always welcome

I am always no to exynos .. they are not power efficient. battery drains fast
so many people reported note20 series also has same issues with exynos chipset.

check NFC settings if on then it will drain battery a lot

But no luck in battery department

i would say reset it once then.. best to have a clean slate once before going to service center

I have the same concern. The battery life on my S10 Lite used to be great but after the One UI 2.5 update its terrible. Losing a lot of battery percentage on airplane mode, NFC, Bluetooth and location turned off. Its just been three months since I bought this device.

mine was terrible out of the box as it was one ui 2.5
was it any better when you used it with any previous version

Hi Customer Support Team,

Can't i expect a better software for my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE.
Why are you providing workarounds
Please provide a solution not cheap workaround like reduce brightness, use medium power save mode etc.
