So, the update is rolling out as confirmed by @phonearena twitter handle. It will be out in India in coming weeks. There were some rumours that update was delayed, but that doesn't seems to be true.

SamMobile has reported something else. I see no post from any officials about delay both in Korean and US community. Also in this case PhoneArena has tweeted along with picture that update has released. We will have to wait to get more clarity.
