I am using galaxy s9 running android 9 and One UI 1.0. I wanted to know when or how can i get One UI 2.0 and Android 10 for my phone?

Surprised you are still on Android 9. What happens when you press update? We're you part of Beta program? Did you try running it via Windows app?
