Is it safe to overclock your smartphone especially samsung devices to improove performance?

No, Overclocking not good in mobiles phones. The basic requirement for Overclocking is to have a good cooling system. Samsung does not have that. People already say that phones are heating. Overclocking will make things worse. Especially in Samsung phones. Maybe Overclocking can be tried in gaming phones which have a decent cooling system.
