When will Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus get the ONE UI update of Android 11?

There is no name listed in the eligible models list..

Is there any other direct way to get One UI installed?

no you can't you can only flash the rom but its dangerous to do so

Custom roms based on oneui

S9/N9 series both got their 2 major updates so there will be no official Android 11.

And about other ways, There may be custom roms available for S9 but that will end you warranty, Trip your Knox and can even brick your handset. So I will suggest you not to try that and use your handset as it is.
