Hi galaxy fellows if you are not able to join beta of one ui 7 for s23 series this means that the beta program is full and you will not be able to join the beta until stable comes out.

Where is BETA UPDATE, WE SEE ONLY BANNER UPDATE

YOU WILL SEE BANNER CLICK ON IT AND CLICK JOIN BETA THEN CLICK BUTTON AT BOTTOM AND IT WILL JOIN BETA AND IF NOT ABLE TO JOIN IT MEANS BETA PROGRAM IS FULL AND YOU NEED TO WAIT UNTILL STABLE.

We need to understand after 5 to 6 months of release A15 we are Beta now , when we will get stable update, may be after A16 go live. Be patient......
