Hi SAMSUNG!!!!!!!!

Is there anyone that can just help with the S21 users problem...None of us are receiving the UPDATE but every other phone is receiving it...We were promised to get the update in NOVEMBER 2022 and not NOVEMBER 2023...really..we are now in DECEMBER 2022...so please can someone just help us...how long must we wait for it...Everybody is enjoying the new update where we are still waiting for it patiently...Ouer patience is up...we want the update NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

IT WILL MEAN ALOT IF SOMEONE FROM SAMSUNG CAN JUST ANSWER US AND NOT IGNORE US!!!!

Yess...Every phone is receiving the update but the S21 series is not...We have been patient but patience doesn't last long...ee also want to enjoy the new things...😟...

I think the issue has to be with your carrier not with Samsung. Take, for example, the A22 4G is running on android 12 ,and in Europe 13, but the Vodacom copies of the same phone are still on android 11. I think the best you can do is avoid carrier-locked devices and go for open ones.
