its already in progress, you cannot subscribe now. you will get stable update in December directly.

If you still see beta application, i would say dont waste time on it. Its full and app will show enroll option and no build you will be getting as the application is faking it.
According latest beta sources, stable rollout for s20 series will be rolling out in the upcoming weeks 😀
