Firstly if 3.0 update is available for your device then it is a stable one which is available for download

Secondly I don't think there will be any issue, actually it is great to experience a newer experience of Samsung One UI, as some of the features has been extremely useful.

Third, I didn't find any lag or problem after the update, but if there is any issue it will be resolved by the next update.

after update my s20+ gives heavy noise with flash in camera
