ONE U.I 6

Oaks, when are we getting the One U.I 6 update on the S23 Ultra ? I am aware that the beta versions has been out for a couple of months and the the "Stable" version came out on the 1st of November. 

When I go to settings to update my software it says I am up to date and the last update was 11 October. That update is One U.I 5.1. I reside in South Africa .

Samsung is very slow when it comes to pushing OS updates, I don't understand why exactly. We should receive the update one time globally.
