Notifications vanishing on my s24 with one ui 6.1

I had recently switched to s24 from s20 fe 5g and noticed that many notifications werent visible at all and if some came they would show in the lock screen then as soon as i unlock the phone it vanishes. This is very frustrating as many of my emails are not shown at all. I also do not even touch the notifications or swipe which can cause it to be dismissed. Then i checked the notification history settings and all the notifications were there in recently dismissed but the thing is i never dismissed them.i never had this issue on my s20 fe.

Update: the issue somehow resolved after enabling show app icon in notifications under advanced notification setting

Did you switch your phone manually or through samsung switch from s20fe to s24?
If you switch manually or any third party software then there is a high chance of not getting proper date from old to new phone.
But if you switch through samsung switch software then there is no chance of getting date missed.
Few months ago I switch from Samsung M20 to Z Fold6 and I got my whole data as it was on my old phone to newly device.
