Notifications Issue on s24 Ultra

I'm unable to see the notifications pop-ups on my screen when I'm using my mobile. I have adjusted all the settings but no use, even connected with samsung technical expert over the chat. Even though it is not resolved. 

Due to this I'm just missing lot more notifications from various applications for example Gmail. I'm missing emails by not seeing the notifications on the screen. When a email arrives it will gives a notification sound and appearing on the notification panel not poping-up on my screen. 

Can anyone please suggest me some solution, thanks in advance!

Long press on GMAIL icon and then click on i information button. Go to Notification and allowed Pop-up Enable. You will be see Pop-up when new mail notification arrived. Don't forget to enable check box "Notify for every new messages" in GMAIL INBOX notifications

The settings you have shown was already applied, only thing I just realized and missed was configure in Gmail option.
Configure gmail-> email ->manage notifications -> show as pop-up

Settings > Notifications > App Notification > Allow the pop-up > Configure in Gmail (Also allow from the app settings ) > Choose the Gmail ID > Manage Notifications > Show as a pop-up.
