Notification - Samsung Member - S9 Plus

I have noticed.... Delayed notification pop-up received in status for user replies for posted in Samsung Member or reply received for any posted error report.

Did any other S9 Plus users observed this?

yes, almost after an hour the notification pops up

yes,I too noticed it. Thought,it might be a bug in beta.

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Make sure the internet connectivity of the device should be good.

2) Clear the Cache of the app (setting>>apps>>Samsung member app>>storage>>clear data and cache).

3) Perform the reset settings of the camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).

4) Perform the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

Then kindly restart the device and check the issue.
