Had the same device and it used to be same consumption as yours. The EXYNOS was a disaster and that's why the s23 is shipping with a snapdragon all over the world. Never had more than 4 hrs of SOT when on 60hz with 30% brightness, always complained about the battery as it drained 10% every hour when idle. So to begin with, that's around the normal phone SOT.
However, your screenshot shows a huge consumption by WhatsApp, and a total of 6 hours total battery life. I never had an app alone reach 23% while only being active for 25 minutes. There's some kind of an optimization issue, i believe you removed the app and installed it again? If that didn't help along with setting the battery to optimized, i don't know what will help, definitely not replacing the battery again. If you can, get rid of the whole phone, s22 ultra is amazing, i attached 2 screenshots,one with heavy usage and one with low usage amd lots of idle time, it lasted 1 day. S23 ultra is expected to be even better due to the snapdragon 8 gen 2 and better screen efficiency. That's my advice, but it's up to you.
