I had purchased note 20 Ultra in August 2020. After the September 2024 update i have got a green line on the screen. The service centre says I have to pay and replace the screen. Which is not right and acceptable. It happed after the update. What should I do now???

"The same thing happened to me as well. I visited the Samsung service center, and they are charging 28k for the display replacement, but this is not our fault. Samsung's service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Samsung needs to take responsibility for this issue."
