Not showing information about last update

Hello guys I'm not able to see information about last android or one UI update in software update section. It is not click able it says," there is no information about last update" why is that does this happen to any one else

Factory Reset kare ga to us se pere ka update history? delete hoja ta hai isi waja se show nhi hai.

I don't have the answer to your question I have been using iPhone since 2010 because I have found iPhone to be better than all other phones in every way.
