Not receiving the Android 10 Update

I have not received the android 10 update yet. 
Whenever i try to check for updates, it shows that my software is up to date. 
Security patch level : 1 August 2019

Can I get help regarding this? 

 Edit : The phone is S10 Plus

can you mention your phone model information plz.....coz all the S series phones are already on android 10(s9 onwards)...Also your security updates seems to be too old too....

Tried it.
But still didn't work.

download the firmware through sammobile and install it through odin
don't forget to install samsung drivers
and turn on usb debugging in develper settings!

yes just follow all the steps and fully charge the mobile and don't disconnect while flashing.. Flashing time depends on the specs. of your pc
