Not receiving the Android 10 Update

I have not received the android 10 update yet. 
Whenever i try to check for updates, it shows that my software is up to date. 
Security patch level : 1 August 2019

Can I get help regarding this? 

 Edit : The phone is S10 Plus

Will i get future updates like normal after that or do i need to flash everytime?

yes they have official firmware only.. They have the update file that samsung rolled back in the firmware section!

Hello aakrista99 please do not download software update from sammobile . Please check software update again from setting . If you donot got software update of One UI 2.0 Android 10 still than i will talk about One 2.0 Android 10 software update to Samsung chat representative on your behalf and i will ask him question that when will One UI 2.0 Android 10 update is available for Samsung Galaxy S10+ .
