I don't think both s9 and s9+have dolbyatmos only s9+ have dolbyatmos effect🤔

- Go to settings > Accessibility > Hearing > Mute all Sounds > Enable it > Disable it.
- Go to Settings > Sound and Vibration > Sound quality and Effects > Dolby Atmos > Disable it and then Enable it.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
