Not happy with the galaxy s10 plus after sales service

Only after 1 month, the charging port stopped working and its been more than 10 days it's still in service center. This is the first time in my 10+ years of experience with samsung where I am purchasing a premium device which is almost a lakh rupees and facing this kind of issue and delay in service just because the part is not available. This is not acceptable. 

Samsung should work on post sales service of such premium device, otherwise its just a waste of money.

Agreed bro the quality has been degraded and they are not thinking of customer experience they are only thinking of making money now.

I am using s9 not the s10 but I will say the after sale service is worst . so in the future I am think I will keep s9 for the longer period and will buy another phone from other company that is from Google it self they maintain quality of after sale service
