Only after 1 month, the charging port stopped working and its been more than 10 days it's still in service center. This is the first time in my 10+ years of experience with samsung where I am purchasing a premium device which is almost a lakh rupees and facing this kind of issue and delay in service just because the part is not available. This is not acceptable.
Samsung should work on post sales service of such premium device, otherwise its just a waste of money.
I know that, but samsung should also consider and provide some stock of such parts in the cities like mumbai. No one should have to wait for so many days for such a small issue.
