I have samsung s23 plus bt not getting any update after nov 1 2024 is there any solution to solve this help me

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If not resolves then go to service center for resolves this issue. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the monlthy Security patch of December and lestest march already has been released for the Galaxy S23 plus series. However, you can check the software update on your device manually by the below steps.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.

If still not recieving the update, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
