Not getting update

Respected sir this is Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra sm 908U 

I think this is a us version i bought 10 months ago .. still its running on Android 13 

Not getting android 14 and last security update is may 2023 i don't understand why still not get software update android 14 i am everyday check software update but there always showing me your software is up to date and its using in united Arab Emirates what is the reason not get update

Reason is you have usa model and it will update only if you have usa sim card

You have to update manually and you have 2 options

Option1- download samsung smart switch in laptop or pc and connect your phone it will show update available latest version

Option2- you have to download latest firmware file for your model from sammobile.com or samfw website and flash it via ODIN tool in pc

I update my s22 ultra by smart switch this is the best but too much time need

Yes it take time depending on your internet and laptop speed but you can update easily by samsung smart switch software

Please be noted that the update will depend on the region , Can you please try these steps

Delete apps you don't use
Clear cache and delete temporary files
Try updating the software in Safe mode
Software update via Smart Switch
