Not getting Updates on my S10+

It's 2021 and still My s10+ is running on One UI 2.0,
I have done factory reset and still no updates can anybody help. Getting the same msg everytime I try to update

Have you tried updating with Smart Switch on pc?

well I tried to download but there's a problem on the samsung smartswitch windows download link it's redirecting to this page..

Also My phone is supported by Verizon so I have the assistant but while connecting this is its response.. , so would there be any problem if I do things with Smart switch ?

Wait a minute, yours Verizon S10+. US one. Actually your carrier is providing you the updates, can you contact your carrier customer care.

I dont think samrt switch updater work for carrier devices. Its for unlocked version. I think Verizon and A & T have seperate updater ig
Afaik seen some screenshots the updates to both these carriers are different from the unlocked version. Best option is to contact your carrier
